Ted is a partner in Manning Elliott’s Vancouver office, assisting small and medium-sized owner-managed businesses in growing their operations through tax minimization strategies and business advisory services. He works closely with clients to provide practical, tailored solutions that support their business objectives.

Ted co-leads the firm’s non-resident service line, offering his expertise in tax return preparation and filing of Section 216, 116, and 217 income tax returns and all related matters, establishing Canadian-based subsidiaries for foreign entities, and advising on special projects involving foreign-based corporations doing business in Canada. He also specializes in non-resident investment in properties located in Whistler, BC, helping clients navigate the complexities of this market. Drawing on experience in both industry and public accounting, including senior financial leadership roles, Ted brings an informed and practical perspective to his work. Known as a strong communicator, he ensures clients understand the reasoning behind his planning and advice, building long-term relationships through regular, ongoing communication.
