Joseph advises public and private companies on financial reporting matters, with a strong focus on audit, accounting and advisory services including capital markets transactions. He supports growth-stage businesses through IPOs, reverse takeovers, and U.S. registration processes, working closely with management teams and legal counsel on prospectuses, financings, business acquisitions, and regulatory filings. His approach is practical and solutions-oriented, helping clients navigate complex requirements during critical stages of development.

He works with companies operating internationally and across Canada, including the U.S. and Latin America, applying deep experience in IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and ASPE, as well as related audit and securities reporting standards. Joseph is known for translating complex accounting and tax matters into clear, actionable guidance, enabling clients to move forward with confidence. On weekends he can be found snowboarding, hiking, or on the beach with his family and their Labrador Retriever.
